In Iliis study NADI1 oxidase eıwyme, which has fiınction in the produriion of 11,0, purified fi-onı human neuirophyl leurorytes. Badwcv and Kantovsky's metlıods were used for purifiration with on addition of DEAE sephadex A-50 ehromatography tecnique. Al the end of purification speeıfic adivity and pu-rifiration cotficient vere found as 892 nmollnıg pro-tein and 123.89 respedively. The enzyme was found to have only one band at the end of polyarrylantid gel elertrophoresis.
