A number of cases of aplastic anemia have been reported following infectious ıtepatitis. Aplazsa has usually followed non-A, non-13 hepatitis bul on occasion has been associated with types A and B. The aplasia becomes severe and frequently has a fatal outcorne. We presenled two posthepatiiis aplastic anemia patients who were died.
