Extrapulmonary Lymphadenitis is the most common form of
tuberculosis. It is very difficult to diagnose. Often within weeks or
months, manifests itself in the form of the bottle painless lymph
nodes. Mediastinal tuberculosis are very rare; shows with esophageal
symptoms. A 50-year-old female patient referred with abdominal pain.
Her thoracoabdominal computed tomography (CT) in esophageal
rupture and mediastinitis findings on the identification underwent
thoracotomy mediastinal tuberculous consistent findings on the
identification of this rare case is presented.
