This study was carried out in order to assess the inpatients’ satisfaction levels with physical condition, doctors, nursing, cleaning and food services in Afyon Kocatepe University Ahmet Necdet Sezer Research and Application Hospital. A total of 345 inpatients were participated in this study. A questionnaire was prepared to evaluate the satisfaction levels of inpatients. A face-to-face interview approach was used. The mean satisfaction levels of inpatients were 4.18±0.77 for physical conditions, 4.20±0.90 for doctors, 4.35±0.84 for nursing, 4.14±0.96 for cleaning, and 3.99±1.05 for food services.
