Chilaiditi’s sign was defined as colonic interposition into hepatodiafragmatik area. It was first described by Demetrious Chilaiditiin 1910. We plan to offer our 88-year-old man patient with incisional hernia developing with Chilaiditi’s sign and that we followed and treated conservatively.
