Peters' anomaly is as congenital malformation associated with many ocular and sytemic abnormalities. In this article, a case with type 1 Peters' anomaly was presented, and diagnostic and therapeutic features of this rare malformation were reviewed.

Peters syndrome occurs as an isolated ocular abnormality, which may be seen in association with other systemic abnormalities. In this case report, we discuss our anesthetic management of a 4-year-old female patient with Peters syndrome who was scheduled for a keratoplasty operation.
