Seventy-five pasteurized ınilk samples collected in Istanbul market and chloramphenicol residues vere investigated by Enzyme Immunological deep stick tesis. Chloramphenicol residue was detected in one of the samples. This method has the accuracy of 1 ppb/ml milk and test time is nearly 30 minutes.
