Lipoleiomyomas of the uterus are extremly rare. The reported incidence differs, from 0.03% to 0.2%. Lipoleiomyomas are composed of mature smooth muscle, fat, and connective tissue. This article, one new case of uterine lipoleiomyoma are presented.
