In the 4th article of the deontology charter, it is stated that the physician and the dentist cannot perform the secrets of the patient that he / she has taken while performing his profession, unless there is a legal obligation, that the identity of the patient cannot be disclosed in cases that are presented at medical meetings or are mentioned in publications.
