In this study, 36 patients sufteering from infenility were divided into 5 groups and verin washed inutero insemination applied on each of them and 8 of these resulted in pregnuncv. Sperm washed application was fourıd to have positive results in case of oligo-asthenospermia, impotancy, irnınunological inferti-impaired post coital test and anatomical defects. in our mudy we obtained the best result in cases of infertiliry of unknown etiology. 6 of the patients had given binh to healthy babies, 2 pregnancies are stili being monitored Results were not found to be statis-tically significant . This application is anyway thoughtbe useful for infertile couples at a certain rate.
