Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome (SMAS), is a rare clinical case. In this article, a-20-year old man with SMAS is reported and showed laparotomies associated with a long history of repeated vomiting and weight losses. After resuscitation, he was treated surgically and subsequently recovered well. In this paper the diagnostic difficulties of SMAS were discussed.
