26 children who had displaced Supracondylar fractures of the humerus were treated by open reduction and crossed Kirschner-wire fixation. There was one superficial infection and there were there cubitis varus deformity (% 14). The other specific complications (Such as mvositis ossifikans, Volkmann's contracture, neurovascular injury) were not encountered.
