Telangiectatic Osteosarcoma : A case report

The radiologic apperance of telangiectatic osteosarcoma is usually a osteolitic and destructive lesion with only minimal ituralesional sclerosis. Histologically, large cvstic blood spaces seperated bv thin fibrous septa and lined .sarcoma cell were noted. The age and sex distnibition or clinical signs and semptoms are the same as those of ordinaty osteosarcomas. An example of telangiectatic osteosarcoma, localised on the proximal pan of femur has been presemed. The new siglus on the entity has been reviewed.
