                Icterus is seen in pregnant women due tü different etiology. During pregnancy icterus due to intrahepatic cholestasis is seldomly seen. in this patients, incidanee of cholelithiasis higher than normal population. In our patient there was intrahepatic cholestasis together with cholelitiasis .We reported this case due to seldomly seen together.
