Tru-cut cylinder needle biopsy was applied to the 27 selective cases which had normal hormonal structure of FSH, LH, Testosteron, Ostradiol, Prolactinps a clinical prospective study in Urology Department of Medical Faculty of Selçuk University from 1989 to 1991. Biopsy was taken from the same testes for both light and electron microscope examinations from 11 cases. At the end of the study, it was observed that electron microscope gave more detailed findings and the tissue obtained by needle biopsy technqie was enough to be examined and the histologic findings showed enough data to determine the testes function.
