In this study, the interactions between the drugs commonly used in diabetic patients and blood glucose determination method have been studied. For this reason, the effects of calcium dobesilate, pentoxyfilline and nicotinyi alcohol tartrate on the results obtained with neocuproine copper reagent method have been evaluated. The changes caused by calcium .dobesilate and pentoxyfilline in the blood glucose determination have been found ta be significant statistically. Howiever, nicotinyl alcohol tartarate has no effect.
