The electrocardiography (EKG) is a usefid di-agnostic tool, extensiyely used in either cardiac pa-tient or normal infrequent that abnormal changes are obseryed. When EKG'_ç of the elderly people, not as.sociated with a cardiac disorder, are examined. The this study 400 subjects, having been exa-mined in the outpatient department were involved. The ECG's examined, revealed nn overall «ab-normality rate of % 32. A : 53 abnoı-mality was ob-served. in cardiac patient, whereas %12 of normal subjects clemostrated an abnormal ECG. Moreoyer, these changes in ECGs were not associated with a pathological coııdition.
