The Middle urinary cultures of the people who comes to a Private Labarotory in Niğde with diagnosis of urinary system infections were examined. The 264 gram negative of bacteria were defined with classical methods. The susceptibilityof the bacteria to various antibiotics which were defined are determined with Kirby-Bauer disc-diffusion method. E.coli was the most often isolated bacteria from cultures. İt was found that the most effective antibiotics aganist the isolated strains were netilmycin and amicacin.
