The Incidence of Pulmonary Involvement in Leu-kemic and Lymphoma Patients. In this study, the prevalence and type of intro-torasic involvement of 80 cases with malignant lym-phoma (45 non-Hodgkin lymphoma, 35 Hodgkin dis-ease) and 46 cases with leukaemia were evaluated retrospectively between 1988 and 1994 in Selguk University Department of Internal Medicine. The pulmonary involvement has been found in 28 (35 %) of 80 lymphoma and 6 (15,2 %) of 46 leukaemia cas-es. Mediastinal hilar lymphadenopathy was the com-monest manifestation followed by pleural lesions.
