In this experimental study, adult rat mesenteric lymph node macrophages were selected as a model. The internal structure properties of macrophages were examined under transmission electron microscope levels under different experimental conditions. Thirty male Swiss white rats weighing 200-250 g were used. Three rats were selected for the control and 9 experimental groups (Table 1). Horse serum was used as antigen and Chinese ink was used as foreign material in the experiments. In both, it was given intraperitoneally (intraperitoneally) in certain units and durations (Table 1). Findings were evaluated at electron microscope levels.
