A This study was carried out to shof the nephrotoxicıty due to renal perfwion with Cyclosporin A biochemically and histopathologically. Il'e have performed renal arterial and venous catheterisation in 10 dogs and persufsed 50 mg Cy-elosporin A in 200 ınl of lactated Ringer's solution at + 4'C ander 100 em water pressure through re-nal arter. Serum creatinin and BUN were increased in postoperative controls. The hıstopathologic fea-tures of the nephrotoxicity was determined. Nephrotoxicity developed by this procedure can be reduced down by using smaller dosage. Ilowewer, the immünosuppresive ejfect of reduced dosage should be studied.
