Wrestling has been regarded as a form of hand-to-hand combat among individuals throughout the history of mankind and has come to this day as a high man-partridge virtue (1). Wrestling is the struggle of two wrestlers to dominate each other by using technique, skills, strength and intelligence in accordance with ILA (International Amateur Wrestling Federation) rules without using tools on the mats of certain sizes.
