The Relations Between the Location and Complications Patient with Acute Myocardial Infarction

We tried la search for the relationship between the location of myocardial infarction and the resulting complications in patients hokspitalized in the coronary care unit of the Teaching Hospital of Selçuk University with the diagnosis of myocardial infarction. Among fifty patients most of them suffered from anteriorly localized tnyocardial infarction which was followed by inferiorly localized myocardial infarction. The most cotnrnon complications were noticed iri anteriorly localized infarction whereas complications of inferiorly localized rnyocarclial infarction was of secondary frequency.
