When it comes to speak about the existance of caroticoclinoid foramen emerglng from the commissure of anterior and middle clinoid processes, whether any changes in the dimensions of optic canal ever happened was studied. As result, İn 15 (24.19%) out of 62 skulls caroticoclinoid foramen were found bilaterally. İn two (3.2%) only in the right side and five (8.06%) for the left side.
