It is a know that morbidity of cardiovascular disorders is high in diabetic patients. Besides obesity and hypertension, increased levels of triglycerides and very low density lipoprotein cholesterol were identıfied among high risk factors in the development of coronary arter disease in patients with abnormal oral glucose tolerance test. In this study, i1 is compared with risk factors and coronary heart disease among the patients with 60 abnormal glucose tolerance test and 60 type-II diabetes mellitus and 60 normal cases. Body muss index is found high in patients with' aıabetes melliıbıç and abnormal glucose tolerance les( It was higı- levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressuı e in patients with diabetes mellitus and abnormal glucose rolerance test. The level of triglycerids and totaı s holesterol and fasting blood sugaı were high in patıenıs with diabetes mellitus and abnormal glucose tolerance test, but it was low level of high density liport.teın cholesterol in both groups. It is identıfied mort ınactivelife standart regarding life style in both Finally these results suggested that the risk tactors of coronary artery disease increased in patients with abnormal glucose tolerance test lıke diabetes mellitus
