We performed Salter innominate osteotomy in 29 patients with Congenital dislocation of the hip (34 hips) between March 1983- January 1985. We examined the secondary adaptive changes of the hip in 25 (30 hips) of these patients. 24 patients were girls (%96) and one patient was boy (%4) and the patients' ages ranged from 1.5 -6 (average, 3,1) yedı s. The findings of femoral head, anteversion, limbus, ligaınentum teres and ilio - psoas were presented and the results were discussed.
