Although an effective anti-microbial therapy is applied, the infective endocardit, an infection o endocardium, stili keep its mortality and morbidity. Since it progresses with a general infecsion table. the detay of its diagnos plays an inıportant role in the terapy of it. C ardiac failıa-e tachicardia, valves vegetation and embolic phenemens were effective in the prognosis. Observing vegetation at aorta valve on echocardiography was significiant for diagnose and alt the cases had ı'egatation. lklicroorganism wasn't able ro be cultivated in hemoculture. Only in one case, Brucella bakteria was cultivated from vegetation. There cases who were diagnosed injective endocardit and had aorta valve vegetation were examined and compared ith the literature.
