30 cases with peripheric aneurysma were treated at the clinic of the thoracic and cardiovascular surgery of Dicle University. school of medi-cine between 1976-1982. Four of the cases were injuries of penetrating instruments twentysix of them were gun wounds. Vein replacement was performed in ten cases and 17 cases, end to end anastomosis was done. In 3 cases were ligated. Twentynine cases were resulted with healing post-operative amputation was done to one case. One case died.
