In contrast to the common knowledge on the tethered cord synd•ome, various reports note that co-nus medullaris may have a normal location. In this manuscript a case of tethered cord syndrorrıe which has a conus at Lı level and fatty filum terminale has been presented and liwrature is reviwed.
