184 of 1111 patients admitted ta hospital with chest injuries were children during 14 year period. 110 of them had blunt chest injuries, 55 stab wounds and 19 gunshot wounds. in 96.19 percentage of cases conservative treatment was giyen, surgical tre-atment was carried in 3.81 % of them.. Death was not occur in any case.
