Traurnatic diaphragmatic rupture is a condition which the diagnosis is difficıdt. in Mis article 4 cases with traumatic diaphragmatic rupture which presented intestinal obstruction, volvulus of the dyspepsia and intraabdominal haemorhagea were evaluated retrospectively. Two cases were diagnosed prooperatively and the athers during operation. Unless probabilitiy is thought the diagnosis could easily be ınissed. Chest X-rays and other routine diagnostic ınethods were our diagnostic criteria in Mese cases. ff ultrasonographic exarnination is available diagnosing of such cases becomes accurate and easy.
