The case histories and urodynamic findings of 34 women who presented with stress incontinence ad-mitted to Selcuk University Medical FallikV Uro-logy Clinic were evaluated. In all patients nra flow-merry, filling. cystometry, urethral pressure profilometry, stress urethral pressure profilometry WeIC performed Also in 11 beaky women same eva-luations 1.vere lrerifurrrled. 34 patients with (*Molly stress incontinence of 24 patients jvere diagnosed genuine stress incontinence as a result of urodynamic evaluation. We suggest that in patients With 51,1111710111S stress incontinence the urodynamic evaluation of bladder and ureihml func-tions that performed after obtaining a detailed history is valuable in choice of treatment.
