Although many studies have been conducted on electrolytes in blood serum, we could not find a study with total ion concentration in the literature. In order to show that the total ion concentration in blood serum can be determined using radiofrequency electromagnetic field, we found the average of the total ion concentrations as 290 m mol / L from the 5 cc blood samples we obtained from 40 healthy people aged between 17 and 40 years. We determined the average of the total ion concentrations of 730 m mol / L and the average of the urine total ion concentration / blood serum total ion concentration ratio to be 2,537 from the urine of 35 of these 40 people simultaneously.
