The process of treating skin lesions by adding chemical burning to dermabrasion is called salabrazion. During this surgical procedure, after the superficial skin and bad formations are removed, epithelization developing from sweat glands, fat and hair follicles covers the open area. Antibiotic impregnated gases are covered to protect this new epithelium and to prevent infection. Instead of this cover, we applied the amnion membrane, which contains physiological and biological properties, in its fresh and dried form, which we achieved very good results in covering the areas where grafts were taken before. We suggested the use of this method because of the very good results we got.
