In this study, the number of mast cells in the uterus at an early _stage after fetrilization was investigated. The number of mast cells increased anti! a certain point when tı depletion is noticed. It is concluded that, this decrease may depend upon a stimuli of maternal origin and blastocyst may cause this effect, and this depletion is associated with implantation.
