Aim: In this study, it is aimed to evaluate a complex and rare variation on branches of femoral artery and to review related literature. Case report: During routine dissections in laboratory of the Department of Anatomy, it is determined that deep femoral artery, medial femoral circumflex artery and lateral femoral circumflex artery had originated from femoral artery in the right thigh of 65-yearold cadaver. Conclusion: Studies related with the variations on femoral artery and its branches may be information source in preventing complications during surgical approachs and especially invasive radiologic procedures like angiography.
