We present case a who developed multiple phe ripheral aneurysms despite the treatment in Beket's disease. Two of the aneurysms were located in the left femoral artery and one in the right femoral ar-tery and another one in the left axillary artery. At dif-ferent times (in two years) these aneurysms which developed independently were resented and the ar-terial continuation was obtained using saphen vein and syntihetic grafts.
