Tuberculous meningitis causes meningeal ad-hesion and obstruction in circulation of cerebra spi-nial fluid. In this prospective study to demonstrate this pathology with radionuclide ventriculocister-nograpy in 12 patients. Radionuclied ventriculocis-ternography with Tc 99 in DTPA was applied int-ratechal route. It was found communican hid-rocephalus in six patients, cisternal obstruction in four patients in levels of silvian fissure in four pa-tients were hidrocephaius, one patients intracranial nodules, one patient cerebral atrophy and one pa-tient subarachnoidal hemorragie. In comparison with computerized tomography, radionuclide vent-riculosisrerno graphy was very sensitive for vi-sualisation cerebrospinal fluid circulation problems.
