Wild honey intoxications are usually seen in Marmara and Black Sea regions in Turkey. In this report. ye present the patient with wild honey in-toxication. who showed ischemic ST segment dep-ression during tachycardia that occured after tre-memoir with turopin of severe sinusal bradycardia. We performed coronary angiogt-why because of ha-ving ST segment depression during tachycardia epi-sode and found coronary artery disease in the co-ronary angiography of the same patient.
