Hiperbilirubinemi, yeni doğan bebeklerde önemli bir sorundur. Zamanında tedavi edilmezse kerinikterusa sebep olabilir. Diğer metodların yanı sıra en etkili tedavi şekli exchange transfusiondur. Bu araştırmamızda hastahanemizde exchange transfusion yapılan 23.3 hiperbiJirubinemili vakanın analizi yapılmıştır.
