Fanconi aplastik anemisi olan bir olgu ve Fanconi aplastik anemisi ile birlikte Akut Myloblastik Lösemisi olan bir diğer olgunun klinik, hemotolojik ve sitogenetik bulguları incelendi. Olgularda gözlenen kromozom düzensizlikleri ile bu düzensizliklerin hastalığın gelişmesi ve malignite eğilimindeki muhtemel etkileri tartışıldı.
