GEBELİKLE İLGİLİ SORUNLARI BULUNAN ANNE SERUMLARINDA VE KORDON SERUMLARINDA, ELİSA İLE HERPES SIMPLEX VİRUS-1 (HSV-1) IgG VE IgM'NİN ARAŞTIRILMASI

Bu çalışmada, gebelik patolojileri bulunan 73 anne serumunda ve 73 yenidogan kordon serunıunda Elisa ile HSV-I IgG ve 1gM araştırdmıştır. Anne se-mmlarında HSV-1 IgM seropozitifligi 7173 (%9-6). HSV-1 IgG seropozitifligi 71173 (%97.3) olarak bu-lunmuş ve 26-40 yaş grubundaki 34 olgunun ta-mamında HSV-1 IgG pozitifligi saptanmıştır.
