Insanlarda Arteria Hepatica Propriaının İntrahepatik Dağılımı Ve Karaciğerin Subsegmentasyonu

Özeti Plastik enjeksiyon ve korrozyon kast metodu uygulayarak a. hepatica propria.nın intrahepatik dağılımı incelenen bu çalışmada, fonksiyonel olarak karaciğeri sağ ve sol loblara ayıran esas lobar fissürün yüzeye! ozelliklere göre yapılan bölümlenrne çizgisine uymadığı ve fossa vesica biliaris'ten sulcus vena cava inferior'e uzanan çizginin projeksiyonuna karşılık geldiği gözlenmiştir. Subsegmentasyon seviyesinde değerlendirilebilen IS arter sistemi kadının 7'sinde (%46.66) hafif ve ileri derecede, ayrıca lobus caudatus'u besleyen arter dalcıklarının orijinlerinde varyasyonlar olduğu görülmüştür. Karaciğer üzerinde yapılacak cerrahi operasyonlarda subsegmental varyasyonlarin olabileceğinin göz önünde bulundurularak pre-operatif önlemlerin alınmasının yararlı olacağı sonucuna varılmıştır.

This study was caried out to determine the intrahepatic distributıon of the proper hepatit artery by using plastic enjection and corrosion casting methods. It was observed that the main lobar fissure, whic functional divided the liver int() right and left lobes, didn't correspond to the line that is defined based on the surface features and the main lobar fıssure correspond to the line extendıng from gal! bladcler to the fossa for the inferior vena cava. At the origin of the caudate lobe arteries and in seven fifteen casis (46.66%) of arterıal systems, which could be evaluated at the segmentation level, slight and marked size variations were observed. This results showed that it will be useful to establish the necessary precautions preoperatively because there might be subsegmental variations.
