In. this article, a case with interventricular sep-tum rupture which is one of the most serious coup-lications of acute myocardial infarction was int-roduced. The clinical situation of the patient with acute inferior myocard inlarction f1 /5 evaluated with the Doppler echocardiograph. Owing to this case differential diagnosis. diagnostics methods. prognosis and the best treatment of intervetricular septum rupture with acute myocardial infarction was discussed.
