Kist hidatik hastalığının kemik lokalizasyonu çok nadir olmasına karşın teşhis ve tedavi ile ilgili bir çok problemler görülür. Bu makalede, uzun ke-miklerde (femurda 2, tibiada 1) kist hidatik hastalığı tutulumu olan 3 hasta sunuldu. Hastaların yaşları 8- 52 yaşlar arasında idi. Bu hastalığın teşhis ve tedavi özellikleri yanında tedavi ve prognozu tartışıldı.
