Hemanjioperisitoma nadir görülen bening vasküler tümörler arasında yer almasına karşın ma-ling karakter de gösterebilir. Yaklaşık bir yıldan fazla yakinması olan ve yaygın organ metastazları ile başvuran 20 yaşında malign hemanjioperisitoma tanısı alan yaka tümörün az görülmesi nedeniyle takdim edilmiştir.
