Bu histokirnyasal calgmada 332 gastroskopik bi-opsi ornegi gozden ge irilrrti tir. Intestinal metaplazi orani %24.421dir. intestinal metaplazinin kronik gastrit, illser ye karsinoinlardaki sakligc si-rasula %23.55, %19.35 ye %29.68rdir.. Intestinal metaplazi kronik atrofik gastritlirde (%3437), tro-nik stiperfisyel gastritlerden (%21.59) daha saw. Tip III intestinal metaplazinin %70'inin kar-sinomlarla birlikte bulundugu bunun benign lez-yonlardakine gore daha yiiksek bir oran oldugu görüldü.
