Çalışmamızda üriner sistem şikayeti olan olgu-ların idrar kültürlerinden izole ve identifiye edilen E.coli suşlartnın çeşitli antibakteriyellere olan duy-arlılıkları disk diffüıyon yöntmi ile araştırıldt. En duyarlı antibiyotik %83.9 ile Gentamisin, en az duy-arlı antibiyotik ise %8.1 ile Ampisilin olarak saptandı.
