Buçalışmada 6 Sertoli-Leydig hücreli over tümörü vakası histopatolojik ve klinik özellikleri ile sunuldu. Bu vakalar iyi-orta-kötü diferansiasyon gösteren vakalar olarak 3 grade'e ayrıldı. Bir vakada retiform diferansiasyon saptandı. Hiç bir vakada heterolog elemanlar bulunamadı.
