Primer mide lenfoması nadir görülen hastalıktır. Üst gastrointestinal sistemin baryumlu inceleme-sinde mide duvarında belirgin olarak kalinmaşma, anormal şekilde kalınlaşan mukozal kıvrtmlar görülen 1 olguda, bilgisayarlı tomografi (BT) ile primer mide lenfoması tanısı konuldu. Klinik olarak mide lenfomasından şüphe edilen olguların teşhisinde bilgisayarlı tomografi noninvaziv, güvenilir inceleme yöntemidir.
